Herb & Wood – Little Italy’s New Hot Spot
Kettner Blvd in San Dieg’s Little Italy has truly become a mecca for dining hot spots – places to see and be seen. The latest addition to the collection of dining & design gems is Brian Malarkey and Christopher Puffer’s Herb & Wood. By fusing Malarkey’s unique offerings on the menu with Puffer’s eclectic décor tastes, the outcome is truly one-of-a-kind.
Hold It Contemporary Home’s team was thrilled when Malarkey & Puffer reached out to collaborate on their new project. The process entailed months of product research, including a trip to the Las Vegas World Market to source new designs. After several design meetings and rounds of mock-ups, finally a look came together that is as inviting as it is intriguing. Barstools, chairs, lounge seating and tables were chosen from different design houses, but together they mix-and-mingle on the dinner floor.
The outcome delivers something new to the table, and wherever you sit, you will feel the connection to the Seaside with a touch of nostalgia.
