We stand behind our products and will be there to help even after the warranty period.

We warrant to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase that we will repair or replace any product, part, or component which fails under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.

Any modification or misuse of the product voids this warranty.

In addition, some manufacturer warranties extend past the one year period.

To file a warranty claim, simply contact your Design Consultant and they will open a Service Order on your behalf.

Within three business days, you will be contacted by a dedicated Client Service Specialist who will give you a status of your claim and an estimated timeline to resolve the issue. We understand that you have made a substantial investment in your new furniture and want you to be satisfied for years to come.
