Wonderspaces San Diego
Didn’t make it to Burning Man, Salone de Mobile Milan, Sundance Film Festival or SXSW? Experience the art exhibits right here in San Diego with Wonderspaces!
This summer, you can experience some of the most incredible interactive and digital art exhibits that were on display at top festivals, fairs and art galleries from around the world. Wonderspaces, a small group who describes themselves as “obsessed with experience design” has come together to build a touring exhibit to bring these unique art pieces to the general public around the country.

Many times experiential art is a one-time happening, something created for a specific moment in time or for a special audience. With Wonderspaces, these pieces will now be brought to the mainstream where individuals can either re-experience their favorites or see these creations for the first time. Virtual reality films, video installation, an art-making machine and inflatable “wind dancers” guests can dance along with in the parking lot are just a few of the unforgettable exhibits on display. The good thing was the commercial parking lot lights that made them shine even more.

Self-described as a “pop-up museum”, Wonderspaces is a limited-time exhibit. Open through July 30th, visitors can take in a virtual reality film, see a full room-sized display, or head outside to dance with 30 air dancers for a truly immersive experience.
