We are delighted to share with you that veteran retailer, Mike McAllister, has announced the January 16th opening of Calligaris OC, under the umbrella of Lifestyle Concepts, Inc.
Located in San Diego, Hold It Contemporary Home Inc. is a brand of Lifestyle Concepts, Inc. that was launched in 2001. Calligaris OC will be one of just two exclusive Calligaris stores in the Western US. It will be located in South Coast Collection SOCO in Costa Mesa, California. This area has become Orange County’s central shopping destination with over 70 carefully curated showrooms, restaurants, and stores.
We asked Mike, “Why Orange County, and why a Calligaris specific store?” McAllister responded, “We have been looking for the right space in SOCO for over 3 years. The developer of this property has kept a laser-focused vision for this shopping center from the beginning. The end result is a collection of like type retailers not found anywhere in Southern California. We have had tremendous success with our Calligaris Studio in San Diego, it compliments that balance of our product offering very well. The idea of a store dedicated to Calligaris allows us focus on a single “complete” brand for the home and build a team of product specialists.”
