Going To The Dentist Can Be A Lot Less Painful…
Going to the dentist just got a whole lot less painful. Well, visually, at least. Designed by the Madrid-based Estudio Arquitectura Hago, this dental office is located on the second floor of an office building in Málaga, Spain. Carefully considering the spatial layout and the flow of patients, they constructed a huge, translucent white glass wall that divides the waiting area from the corridor. The office isn’t completely sterile looking though. The reception and waiting areas feature wood that begins on the floor and continues curving up the wall and onto the ceiling, warming things up a bit. The patient areas are set on the perimeter to make the most of the natural light. The light gradually floods through the glass and into the waiting room on the other side.
